Key Responsibilities:

  1. Recruitment & Onboarding:
    1. Source, screen, and interview candidates for open positions.
    2. Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new hires.
  2. Employee Relations:
    1. Address employee queries regarding policies and procedures.
    2. Resolve workplace conflicts in a fair and compliant manner.
  3. HR Operations:
    1. Maintain employee records and HR databases.
    2. Manage attendance, leave, and payroll coordination.
  4. Performance Management:
    1. Assist in goal setting, performance reviews, and appraisal processes.
    2. Support managers in identifying training and development needs.
  5. Policy & Compliance:
    1. Ensure adherence to labor laws and internal HR policies.
    2. Update and implement HR policies and handbooks.
  6. Engagement & Culture:
    1. Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives.
    2. Support in building a culture of inclusion, growth, and accountability.

  • Shift: Night Shift and Day Shift
  • Schedule: Monday to Saturday
  • Education: Bachelors or Master's in any field
