Job Description:
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to handle customer inquiries, provide support, and ensure customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a problem-solving attitude, and a customer-first approach.
Responsibilities:
- Answer customer calls, emails, and chats professionally.
- Resolve customer issues and provide solutions.
- Maintain customer records and update databases.
- Process orders, returns, or service requests.
- Follow up with customers for feedback and support.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle customer queries patiently and efficiently.
- Experience in customer support or a similar role is a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s preferred).
