Job Description:

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to handle customer inquiries, provide support, and ensure customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a problem-solving attitude, and a customer-first approach.

Responsibilities:
  • Answer customer calls, emails, and chats professionally.
  • Resolve customer issues and provide solutions.
  • Maintain customer records and update databases.
  • Process orders, returns, or service requests.
  • Follow up with customers for feedback and support.

Requirements:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle customer queries patiently and efficiently.
  • Experience in customer support or a similar role is a plus.
  • Familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s preferred).
